The simple art of communication gets complex when the subject matter is the law. More so, when the founder of a start-up is busy trying to solve all the world’s problems. He prefers to not spend time talking to a lawyer and expects that as a start-up, the answers should be sent to him via personalized email by someone, in the event Google fails him. This Blog attempts to help such founders demystify the legalese and puts the founder in touch with the law – the how to, when to and what to in India!
